Christmas Pudding Cocktails

It’s the most wonderful time of the year, which means it’s time to serve up some wonderful Christmas cocktails and to make sure you create the absolute best – we’ve released a Christmas pudding liqueur. By infusing traditional festive fruits and botanicals, we’ve created a uniquely festive taste sensation. Classic gin botanicals with a Christmas twist are what makes our Christmas pudding liqueur the ultimate addition to the festive period.

Using our brand-new Christmas pudding liqueur, we’ve got three fantastically festive recipes for you to enjoy. Let’s get stuck in and ready for Christmas.

Mulled Christmas gin

You’ll Need:

50ml Didsbury Gin Christmas Pudding Liqueur
150ml apple juice
50-100ml freshly squeezed orange juice, to taste
1 tsp cranberry jelly/sauce (optional)
Cinnamon stick
Orange slices and/or fresh cranberries, to garnish

Method:

Add the juices and jelly to a pan, then heat gently for a few minutes, until the jelly has dissolved.
Remove from the heat, strain into a glass, then top up with Didsbury Gin Christmas Pudding Liqueur.
Garnish with a slice of orange and/or a few fresh cranberries; you can also pop a fresh star anise or
cinnamon stick in, for added flavour.

Festive Espresso Martini

You’ll Need:

50ml Didsbury Gin Christmas Pudding Liqueur
25ml espresso
10ml gingerbread syrup
Sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg

Method:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add the espresso, gingerbread syrup and Didsbury Gin Christmas
Pudding Liqueur. Shake well to chill and create that signature froth. Then, strain into a coupe glass.
Sprinkle with a little cinnamon or nutmeg, then serve.
